Joe Niehoff; President and CEO
Joe was born and raised on the Westside of Cincinnati, the community in which he continues to live and serve. Joe attended Franklin University where he majored in accounting and communications. He was first licensed as a financial representative in 2000 at the age of 24. He enjoys snow skiing in the winter and playing tennis in the summer. Joe has always had a strong passion for helping people understand a wide variety of financial and retirement products. His mission is to help protect his clients’ financial future and prepare them to leave a legacy for their loved ones. Joe places high value on integrity and putting his clients’ best interests and needs first. This has helped build long-lasting relationships with his clients and within the community.
Ashley Little; Event Coordination, Client Scheduling
Ashley has been a life-long resident of the Lebanon, Ohio area. She attended school for graphic design and marketing. For the past 8 years she has been an integral part of the Dixie Twin Theatre marketing staff. She has 2 pet birds and enjoys working on puzzles in her spare time.
BJ Jordan; Client Services, Office Manager
BJ was born in South Carolina but has made the Dayton area her home for the past 20 years. She has worked in administration and bookkeeping for 15 of those years. She is an avid animal lover and is a proud parent of her 16-year-old Pomeranian, Sophie. She spends most of her spare time attending basketball games in support of her two nieces to whom she is very close.
